For several months now, the news of Busola Dakolo allegedly being sexually molested by popular pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo, has had many Nigerians clamouring for justice.
Well, despite the back and forth on social media from fans of both parties, the issue was eventually taken to court and demands have now been made by the alleged victim.
In a writ exclusively gathered by Channels TV, Busola Dakolo demands that Biodun Fatoyinbo should publish a clearly worded apology on the front pages of two national newspapers, running for seven consecutive days.
Busola also demanded for a personal apology from Fatoyinbo, showing honest remorse for his misdeeds. Finally, the claimant demanded for N10 million cost of action fee.

It was also gathered that while appearing at a high court in Abuja, Busola revealed that the alleged sexual abuse the pastor put her through has affected her marital sex life.
He (Fatoyinbo) had assured her that he wanted to be her spiritual father and be an avenue for her to lay her worries and fears. When she started to believe he genuinely cared for her, he showed up at her house early one morning and forcefully had his way with her.
Busola alleged that Pastor Biodun stripped her of her purity and was the first man to enter her.
